diskret.immo is the off-market platform of IMMOBRA GmbH from Brandenburg an der Havel. IMMOBRA has been active as an estate agent since March 2008; its managing director is René Lindelaub. The platform connects owners who want to sell confidentially with verified buyers and partner agents – supported by technology, accompanied by people.

Why does diskret.immo exist?

In our work as estate agents, we encounter the same situation again and again: owners want to sell, but not publicly. Because tenants live in the building. Because a community of heirs first has to reach agreement. Because a separation is stressful enough already. Or because a house is so special that a listing attracts more curious onlookers than buyers.

Until now, these owners had two options: the public listing – or the address book of a single estate agent. diskret.immo is the third way. A shared, protected pool of anonymous profiles and search profiles, into which other estate agents also bring their properties and buyers. This way, a discreet property reaches more suitable buyers without becoming public.

What we stand for

Discretion as a procedure. We do not simply promise confidentiality, we describe it: verified buyers, three release stages, a pseudonymous log of every access and documents handed over in person by our team. You can read about it on the page Security and discretion.

Honest advice. Not every property belongs in a discreet sale. If the quiet market test shows too little demand, we say so – and recommend the public route where appropriate. You will find a comparison of both routes in the guide Off-market or public listing?.

Technology as a tool, not a decision-maker. Today, the search in your own words translates your input into criteria according to fixed rules, and the matching suggests matches. In future it will be supported by an AI language model; AI results are always labelled and are only suggestions. Our team creates the anonymous profiles, and releases are always granted by people. Personal support. Valuation, negotiation and notary appointment are accompanied by a contact person who knows your property.

Where are we active?

diskret.immo is aimed at owners and buyers throughout Germany. There are currently regional pages for Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Leipzig and Potsdam. IMMOBRA GmbH handles properties itself nationwide; partner agents additionally bring in properties and buyers.

What we do not do

We do not publish invented figures. This page therefore contains no information on the number of buyers, properties or partners on diskret.immo. As soon as we have reliable figures of our own, we will publish them with the date they refer to.
