A buyer profile tells us which properties you are looking for: region, property type, price or investment volume, area and, if you wish, yield. If a new off-market anonymous profile matches your profile, you are the first to know – without a public listing.
What belongs in an acquisition profile?
A good acquisition profile states the points by which you assess an offer within a few seconds:
- Region: cities, districts or federal states, ideally with a preferred location.
- Property type: for example apartment building, mixed-use building, commercial, plot or single-family house.
- Volume: purchase price range per property.
- Key figures: minimum yield or maximum purchase price multiple, if you are investing.
- Condition: refurbished, with potential or new build.
- Acquisition structure: asset deal or share deal, financing or equity.

What happens to my details?
Your profile only becomes active once you have confirmed your email address via the link in our message. Owners never see your name – in the quiet market test they only learn how many matching profiles there are, and only from three profiles upwards. Only our team sees your document. You can end the profile at any time by email.
